MAYFAIR LPA RESURFACING PROJECT

This project covers the resurfacing of Mayfair Road from the north side of Mt. Pleasant Rd to the railroad crossing north of Altman Rd approx. 3550 foot of 30 foot wide asphalt pavement. There are three (3) loop detectors to replace on the north approach to the traffic signal at Mt. Pleasant Rd.

This project covers the resurfacing of Greensburg Rd beginning at the intersection with Arlington Road and proceeding east to the intersection with Shriver Road. The distance is 1.66 miles of two lane asphalt pavement. .

This project covers the resurfacing of Greensburg Road beginning at the intersection with Etter Dr. and proceeding east to the west side of railroad crossing at Aultman Road (ECL). The distance is approximately 2.08 miles of two lane asphalt pavement. There is a 1000 foot break in work at the intersection with Lauby Road. .

This project covers the resurfacing of Arlington Road beginning at the intersection with Mt. Pleasant Road and proceeding north to the intersection with E. Nimisila Road. The distance is approximately two miles of two lane asphalt pavement. .

SPADE ROAD STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT

This project includes installation of 1228 feet of 12” to 42” storm sewer, catch basins, and appurtenances within road right-of-way and within easements on existing residential parcels; miscellaneous grading; and installation of a bar screen at an existing culvert inlet. .

The Arlington at I-77 interchange project consists of resurfacing of asphalt along with curb and gutter construction. Sidewalks to be constructed at the West side of Arlington roadway and the South side of Arlington Ridge East along the McDonald’s property frontage along with a retaining wall. .
